Join us as we share some of our answers and experiences regarding this fascinating topic, and work on developing the skills to practice it with joy and flair.

This workshop is open to all genders and sexual orientations. No undressing will be required, and the pairing off for practice should be casual and friendly. Be aware that learning is real exercise; starting out appropriately fed and hydrated will improve your experience.
